1) About these Terms

Welcome to ManualViewerPro.com (the “Site”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of ManualViewerPro.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting content, or viewing/downloading manuals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who can use the Site

  • You must be 13+ (or 16+ in the EEA/UK unless you have verifiable parental consent).

  • If you accept on behalf of a business/organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3) What we provide

Tools to search, view, and (where available) download product manuals, guides, and technical documentation; curated links to official and third-party sources; optional accounts (favourites, alerts, comments), and optional premium features.

Important: Manuals may be authored by third parties (e.g., manufacturers). Always verify with the manufacturer’s latest official documentation and safety notices. We cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, or that a manual is the latest version.

4) Accounts & security

You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Keep details accurate and notify us promptly of unauthorised use. We may refuse usernames, reclaim names, or suspend/terminate accounts to protect users and the service.

5) Acceptable use

You agree you will not:

  • upload/share content that infringes copyright or other rights, is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or harmful;

  • falsely claim ownership, remove rights notices, or alter watermarking;

  • scrape or extract our database at scale contrary to robots.txt or any API terms;

  • probe, reverse engineer, or bypass technical measures (except as allowed by law);

  • distribute malware, overload the Site, or interfere with others.

We employ moderation, rate-limiting, and anti-abuse controls. Breaches may lead to takedowns, warnings, throttling, suspension, or permanent bans.

6) Additional services, offers, and promotions

ADDITIONAL SERVICES, OFFERS, AND PROMOTIONS
When you use our services provided herein and in connection with our products, you may encounter additional services, offers, and promotions such as affiliate promotions, sponsored content (including online advertising), optional features. By using our site, products and services, you acknowledge and accept these services, offers, and promotions, as described in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

7) User content & licences

If you submit manuals, metadata, reviews, or corrections (“User Content”):

  • You retain ownership and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for formatting/SEO/accessibility), and distribute your content to operate and improve the Site.

  • You represent you have the necessary rights and that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • We may refuse, edit, or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

8) Intellectual property

The Site’s software, design, databases, indexing, and branding are protected by IP laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Site for personal or internal reference. You may not mirror, resell, or reproduce substantial parts of our database without written permission. Manufacturer trademarks and copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.

9) Paid features, subscriptions & refunds

Optional paid features (e.g., ad-lite experience, batch downloads, advanced search) may be offered. Prices and renewal terms appear at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; benefits remain through the paid period. Delivered digital services are non-refundable unless required by law or there is a verified delivery failure (contact support within 14 days).

10) Third-party links & manufacturer materials

We link to manufacturer sites and third-party hosts for convenience. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Separate terms may apply.

11) Changes to the Site & these Terms

We may update features, impose limits, or discontinue parts of the Site. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be signposted within the Site or via reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect signifies acceptance.

12) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (with or without notice) for breaches, risk, inactivity, or compliance reasons. On termination, your licence ends and some or all features may become unavailable.

13) Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that manuals are current, complete, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose. Always verify against official sources.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, employees, and partners) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD $50 or the amounts you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law grants rights in your country of residence.
