This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website and related services (“Services”). You must be 13+ (or 16+ in the EEA/UK without parental consent). We do not knowingly collect data from children under these ages.
2) What we collect
You provide: email (if you create an account/subscribe/contact support), password hash, favourites/saved items, requests/corrections, comments/reviews (if enabled), purchase/subscription metadata (if offered).
Automatically: IP address, general location (derived from IP), device/OS, browser, language, referrer, session IDs, pages/actions, search queries, download clicks, error/crash logs, cookie/SDK identifiers.
From partners: payment confirmations/fraud checks (no full card numbers), analytics/advertising/affiliate attribution data (e.g., click IDs), manufacturer link status.
We do not intentionally collect special category data. Please do not submit sensitive information.

8) Security
Encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, environment separation, least-privilege access. No method is 100% secure—use a strong, unique password.
9) Your rights
EEA/UK: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
US (state privacy laws incl. CA/VA/CO/CT/UT): know/access, correct, delete, portability, opt-out of “sale”/“sharing”, limit sensitive data (if applicable), appeal.

10) California notice (CPRA)
Categories: identifiers, internet/network activity, approximate geolocation, commercial info (purchases), inferences (e.g., interest segments), and user-generated content. Sources: you/your device, providers, partners. Business purposes: as above. We do not sell for money; some ad/analytics uses may be “sharing”—opt out via Cookie Settings or by contacting us.
11) Children’s data
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the stated ages. If you believe a child provided data, contact us for prompt removal.
12) Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted within the Site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
